Tommy Faucheux is Senior Manager of State Government Affairs The Dow Chemical Company. In this role, he is responsible for government affairs for Dow's Southeast Region in the United States, which includes Louisiana as well as Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina and Tennessee. He also provides strategic public affairs support to Dow Louisiana facilities.

As a member of Dow’s Public and Government Affairs function, Faucheux manages state government and policy matters as they relate to Dow’s corporate strategy. He also serves as a local interface for Dow with members of the U.S. Congress.

Faucheux joined Dow in 2007 as Public Affairs Manager for Dow St. Charles Operations, after working in local education and government.  As Public Affairs Manager he has focused his efforts on the reputation of Dow and its identity as the largest chemical company in Louisiana.  He later served as North America Coordinator of the Company’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) initiatives.

Faucheux currently serves on the Board of Directors of Greater New Orleans, Inc. as member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Public Policy Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Blueprint Louisiana. Faucheux currently holds positions on the Louisiana Chemical Association Government Affairs Committee, Louisiana Association of Business and Industry Emerging Leaders Council and St. Charles Parish Economic Development Council. Faucheux previously served as Chairman of the GNO, Inc. NextGen Council and as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Southeast Louisiana Red Cross Board and River Region Chamber of Commerce. He is a 2009 graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute

Faucheux received a bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations with a minor in Political Science in 2002 from Loyola University in New Orleans. He lives in Luling with his wife Mitzi and two children, Camdyn and Cade.
